ABOUT OURSELVES

OLCTC is an innovative training provider, who has a passion to develop potential beyond teaching. We deliver skills assessments, training and employee development to help create an effective and profitable workforce. We have a specific passion for the youth, but our experience ranges far wider. We believe the youth of today has the potential to shape the economy of tomorrow.

Our training is aligned with the South African Quality Authority (SAQA) and accredited with merSETA.

OLCTC provide training solutions to unskilled or semi-skilled youth by partnering with employers in the Manufacturing and engineering sector. We deliver accredited training programmes by building lasting relationships with employers that will allow uplifting of skills and abilities within their local community

OUR APPROACH

OLCTC’s management team has extensive experience, ranging from HR to Training. We provide a personal service to all our clients.

Our passion for individual development ensures our approach has the needs of both the learner as well as the employer at heart.

Our facilitators and Assessors are experienced individuals with a passion for teaching and learner development. We aim to grow learners to be a better version of themselves.

We help you manage unemployed learners and we schedule training to compliment your production schedule.

Our training is compliant on all levels. Employers can safely claim all the relevant taxes, additional grants like the discretionary grant and all our training count towards your B-BBEE score.
